ILAIMH offers the I/ECMH Credential, a yearlong, relationship-based professional development program that enhances practitioners' skills and knowledge.

This credential helps build a stronger, more qualified infant and early childhood mental health workforce, ensuring high-quality care for families and reliability for employers.

Established in 2014, the I/ECMH Credential sets a recognized standard for Illinois' infant mental health (IMH) professionals. Supported by the McCormick Foundation, the program continues to evolve, adapting to the needs of diverse disciplines in the field.
